Good looking but harmful to children

My son is 20 months old & weighs 25 pds. While walking on the sidewalk, there was a small crack and the stroller topped over. I was able to barely catch it in time before my son hit the pavement, because I had two hands on the stroller. There should be a recall on this stroller, because if you look at the design the front wheel needs to be a little larger than the back two wheels. It does not turn on a dime like I was told by the retailer. And the sunshade is not oversized, the sun still shines in my sons face. It is also hard to fold and open.
