okay if you have the carseat, otherwise get something else
Pros:
Great attached diaper bag, folds small
Cons:
Wheels not durable, very little storage
The Bottom Line:
Overall I would say buy something different. The cons outweigh the pros here. If you want a large umbrella stroller, this might serve your purposes, otherwise, get something else.

Author's Review
I purchased the Britax companion carseat, so I also purchased this stroller to make it into a travel system. The stroller was more expensive at the store where I purchased it than it seems to be online, and for what I paid it was not worth it. There are some good features about this stroller. For example it folds down completely like an umbrella stroller, so it is smaller than many other travel system type strollers. Also I love the attached diaper bag, it is a good size and doesn't look too diaper bagish. I like the color and the stroller in general is very nice looking. Also I like the double wheels on front and back, and there is good options for reclining the seat. However, I do not like a number of things about it as well. For example, there is very little storage. There is a small mesh basket under the seat, but you can hardly put anything in it. Also there are no cup holders or any other sort of storage near the handles. When you fold it the fabric sticks out instead of tucking in, and you have to latch it to stay closed unlike many other strollers that have an automatic latch feature. The wheels are the hard foam and they get very beat up very quickly, especially on the rough sidewalks where I live. Also it doesn't have any sort of waterproof cover, and the sun shade is rather small. For an umbrella stroller it is much too big, and it is not quite nice enough to be a travel system stroller, it doesn't really fit well in either category. Overall I think that there are many strollers that would serve your needs better than this one.
