Britax is the best!

I was originally planning to buy my daughter (3 yrs old) a Britax Regent after she outgrew her Eddie Bauer harnessed booster. However, with the demand on the Regents lately, I was unable to get one as they are all on backorder. I instead purchased a Britax Marathon in Ashley Floral. My daughter was in heaven when the seat was delivered!!!

The cover is so plush and soft! My daughter fell asleep in it everytime we got in the car, even if it were only a short 5 minute trip! She has no complaints on the comfort of this seat. She often complained of the Eddie Bauer seat hurting her back. She also really loves the fact that she can have a girly seat.

Installation was a breeze! I love the LATCH connectors on Britax products. So easy to install and uninstall. I got a rock solid fit using LATCH or seatbelt everytime I've installed this seat. If you are looking for a seat that you know will install easily in a variety of vehicles, the Britax Marathon is definitely for you!

I love the fact that the seat can be used rear-facing up to 33 lbs - my 3 year old daughter can still rear-face in this seat. I know she's safer that way. The seat can be used forward-facing up to 65 lbs! I know she has plenty of room to grow in this seat weight-wise and height-wise as at age 3, she is still below the second to highest harness slots when forward-facing.

The harness straps on this seat seem to be virtually untwistable. I've always had a problem with her carseat's harness straps twisting on previous seats.
