Safety Feels Great!

I have a son that is 5 years old. I have gone through numerous car seats because he has always been a very big boy. He was over 10 pounds when born, and has stayed above average on the growth charts. He is my youngest, ten years separates him and his sister, so he is definitely a mommy's boy. He goes everywhere with me which means we travel a lot by car. After he grew out of his last car seat, I wanted to find one that was like a booster but with a lot more safety. This Britax Car Seat Booster is great. It is easy to get in and for him to strap himself in. The head rest conforms to his head so there is no jerking or whiplash risk, and the belt fits snugly right where it needs to be. My son loves it because when he fell asleep in his old car seat, his neck would bend and he would be hurting by the time he woke up. Now, if he falls a sleep, the head support keeps him aligned which is much better for his spinal health. Also, with this support and side supports, I feel if we were in an accident, he would be very safe from being jerked around and getting hurt. The seat also comes equipped with cup holders which is so handy for those long trips. He can access his own drink from where he sits with out me having to look away from the road to hand it to him. The seat is Blue and he thinks it looks like a racing seat. We love this product and Thank God for a safe ride.
