When I ordered this stroller from an online store, I couldn't wait to get it... and use it! We we're putting off the first trip to the zoo until we got the "perfect stroller" for my son.
We inflated the tires with a tire pump the night before and we put it together and tried it out in the house, I was so excited. There was virtually no assembly, which is awesome for me! But, the tire pump that came with the stroller was complete junk and I subsequently had to find one in my garage, not fun. However, upon putting it together, putting my son in it, and "testing" around the house, we were excited about the zoo.
We got to the zoo and had a little trouble putting it together but after figuring it out, flipping the basket bar down, we were off. I had a very small basket for a full diaper bag, my purse, drinks, etc. There are no cup holders anywhere, and storage space is very limited due to the look of the product. We made the most of the day, but we had to curb for drinks, food, and the like.
After returning from the zoo, I purchased a little Velcro cup/toy holder that goes across the entire front bar for my son, and a cup holder/phone holder etc. on the front handle bar for me. After the additions, I wouldn't trade it in for any stroller.
However it's not gramma proof, by gramma proof I mean it takes 2 hands and takes a minute or two the first time.
