Best Carseat

I bought two of these when I started to learn about child passenger safety. I had my 2 children in hand me down seats that I didn't know much about. I knew they were not expired but didn't know if they had been in a crash or what not. I started to learn about car seats and safety aspects and such.

I decided to get my children new seats and I settled my mind on 2 new Britax boulevards. I bought these for my at the time only 2 children and am now using them for my middle child and my youngest. These seat rear face to 33 lbs for maximum safety. When I got them for my 2 children I immediately turned both of them rear facing again at 18 months and 3 years old. I knew it was safest to have them rear facing and that is what I did. I also love the rear facing tether that is on these seats to prevent rebound towards the back of the vehicle.

These seats also have lock offs to help with cars that don't have locking seatbelt or in cars where the seat belt causes the seat to tip from being locked. I have light weight locking latch plates in my van and these sometimes slip so for safety I can use the lock offs on the seat to keep it from loosening over time.

These seats are so comfortable that my children love to sleep in them and are happy to travel in them as they are now quiet. I currently have one forward facing and one rear facing in my van. I hope to keep my youngest rear facing for as long as the seat will last before expired or until my child hits 33 lbs.

I can install both of my boulevards in under 5 min they are so easy to use.
