Electric Smoker Easy to Clean

Im a sales man yep that's me! But as I sold I listened and smoking food was not new to me. I just never tried it. However after seeing the masses buy different types of smokers for all occasions I figured Brinkman Smoker, well here I come. Thanks Giving of "08"? Well it was perfect it was the real deal, the charm was in the taste! Try it any time of the year! If you have guest and time on your hands it's great! No fire flare ups and time to chat and relax! After the party is over? Yes, a good ol' smoked turkey sandwich any time! A little mayo, some lettuce, salt to taste pepper and put a couple slices of smoked turkey on and top it off with some multi grain bread and you'll see what I mean. Yea I did a little smoke job at first with some chicken breast fist just to test my skills. I would call it a cake walk. They say to season it before doing any serious smoking but one time and the rest is good eating! And the cost/clean up was a snap. That's even better. Even smoked beef loin for New Years Day! WOW! Well its still in good use at least two time a month so far and nobody is complaining!
