Breville EW30 Gourmet Non Stick Electric Wok

I'm a little late in writing this one, as I received this wok several Christmases ago. I use this every time I make Chinese. It's a heavy, sturdy unit with a wonderful, no-stick surface. I like it because I can run it at a high temperature for all my stir-fry cooking. I also like the fact that it pulls apart for easy cleaning. I've used it heavily the past few years and it has held up well. I expect many more years of service from this durable wok. I recommend it highly for high temperature cooking without the messy cleaning associated with it.
