Pros: Crema!! Simple design, easy to use -even a dumbass like me can use it

Cons: Drinking 6 double shots a day. Water tank is small. Needs "Auto shutoff"

Pros: Looks nice. Coffee is good (the most important thing). Cool power plug.

Cons: Steamer streams hot-water for several seconds before producing steam. Noisy. Filter clogs easily. Very heavy.

The Bottom Line: The flaws have given it a certain character. If you aren't too put off by my criticisms then give it a try.
