BEWARE of Breville

Purchased from Living Right, toaster did not work lever would not stay down. Living right referred me to the Breville, we've done nothing but play phone tag to get a return authorization. For 2 weeks called Breville, get an answering machine, takes 24 to 72 hours to get a return call. Return Authorizations are sent via email, have yet to get one. Emails go unanswered other than an auto reply. At this point I'm ready to throw the toaster in the trash and purchase something else. There has not been one experience with this transaction that deserves praise. The online merchant passed me off to Breville who apparently does not care about customer service.
