Pros: I love everything about this indoor grill. A must have for all serious cooks.

Cons: Takes a bit to heat up, but with panini or searing control, it's worth waiting.

This indoor grill is the best...ever. I've had George's, I've gone through Hamilton Beach. Now it's time for the best. Variable heat control, variable lid heights, opens flat too. Nice size catcher for grease. Tilt or no tilt surfaces. And it looks so modern. It's the best!
