To be Staind or not to be Staind

The Bottom Line:  Staind has substance and real emotion. A great sound. Not like the "pop" music that has been infesting our air ways.
I love this CD and the band Staind. I saw them in concert in April of 00' and they rocked. I am not always in the mood for loud and heavy. This is a great change form their other album before. Staind shows they can have a lighter feel and still rock hard. With "Break the Cycle" they have been thrusted in to main stream. There songs can be related to on so many levels. They are not just another trend. The song and lyrics are incredible. My opinion is go out and buy this CD it is awesome and has substance. It is a great buy and excellent music.
