They Broke the Cycle when they made this album.

"Wow," was the only thing I could say when I first listened to this album. The lyrics and music combined showed that even slower rock music can be extremely powerful. It strayed away from the hardness of their first album, but their music did not suffer from it. It only showed the band's capabilities as musicians.
Aaron Lewis is known as the "King of Pain", and I never knew that listening to someone's hardships could be so pleasing to the ears. The lyrics of this album really have a way of reaching out to you and touching that angry part of you that just wants to say, "F@$# Everything!"
Even though the radio has really outplayed "Outside" and "It's Been Awhile", there rest of the Album is equally as good as those to songs, and still worth buying.
Break the Cycle is an awesome album, and I suggest it to anyone who enjoyed the songs that were played on the radio.
I know that it is not the last we will hear from StainD, and I eagerly await their next CD. They have a lot to live up to, I wonder if they will be able to do it again.
