Product Review

We Like It

by   smyrde ,   Apr 6, 2007

Pros:  We like it and would buy again

Cons:  It's light in weight and rocks while mixing but doesn't move from its place

Overall Rating: 4/5 stars

Author's Review

We bought this machine about 5 weeks ago and initially we were not using bread flour and the bread was too dense but was OK, but just OK. We began to use bread flour and the bread is really great. We have made several kinds of bread and are completely happy with the machine. The recipe book is spiral bound and they are good breads. We use it several times per week. We no longer use store bought bread. The loaves are 5" X 5", I would like to see them a little smaller to make smaller sandwiches.
