It has a flip door on the top that holds, nuts, coconut or fruit that is to be added into the loaf later in the process. The flap will automatically open and drop the ingredients when it is time to add them.

The bread pan is so easy to clean up as long as you do it immediately.

It comes with a recipe book with many recipes that you can use in this machine. However, it is also programmable to make any bread you want. You can simply program your times and such into the machine.
