Great Shave, no hassle

The Bottom Line: This is a great shaver. Good smooth shave, and the cleaning system is amazing.
I've had this shaver for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It only took about a week for my face to get used to it (previously used a Mach 3) instead of the 3-4 weeks described on the package. It gives me a fantastic shave every time.
My wife gave this to me as a birthday gift since I was always complaining how my face gets torn up using a blade as I have very sensitive skin.
The foil and cutter block work better than I expected, but the best feature by far is the cleaning station. I love having a like-new shaver every morning.
Some people are worried about the cost of replacing the cutter, foil and cleaning solution. The foil and cutter only need be replaced once every 18 months, and the solution is about $6 for a month's worth. Plus the shaver has this feature where you can loosed the foil, but not take it off, and turn it on so it shakes out the majority of the stubble. This will almost double the life of the cleaning solution. With the cost of razors as high as they are, if you have this razor for about a year, it is cheaper than blades (Mach 3), and this includes the purchase price of the razor.
The only complaint, well my wife's anyways, is that the cleaning cycle is rather noisy. This isn't good when I leave in the morning before she wakes up. This was easily remedied since the base has a button on it to start the cleaning. If I leave before she does, she just hits the button on the way to the shower.
I didn't feel the added cost for the 8595 was justified since the LED's on this razor tell you everything you need to know anyways.
The hard case that comes with the razor is perfect for travel as well, and the razor holds a charge remarkably well. I spent a week on business travel and didn't have to charge it once.
All in all, I don't think I will ever switch back to a blade.
