Nice style, not worth the money.

I work at a store that sells these radios and i cannot believe that BOSE is actually trying to sell this product for the price that they are asking! It is outrageous for the normal person to pay $400.00 for a simple and small radio with a CD player, just because of the name that is attached to it. The company claims that this is the best thing since indoor plumbing, but i have to totally disagree with that, it is simply a radio and CD player with no frills what so ever! Some of the $69.00 radio/CD players that we sell have sound that is just as good or better than this BOSE product. I realize it is a status symbol to own one of these radios, but unless you have money pouring out from under your mattress, just stick with the basic radio/CD players out there on the market and save the rest of your money for the CD's that you are going to buy to play on your great new LOW COST radio!
