Bose is Boss!
Date of Review: Oct 8, 1999
Okay. I am not a nuclear physicist or sound engineer. I like to pick up the remote and press 'power' and it turns on.
* Maybe that is why I like my Bose Wave Radio...
I don't have the time or money to go out and buy all the appropriate components to build a "real" stereo with speakers that can "move a lot of air".
* Maybe that is why I like my Bose Wave Radio...
I have four kids and the Bose is a pretty small target for all the balls and other toys that get thrown everyday.

When those four kids are playing and yelling and running around, I frankly can't distinguish a whole lot between harmonic distortion and blood curdling screams when the five year old girl sees a bug.

I've heard excellent stereo before. For people who may not be in the stage where they need to be as picky about the little details of the sound, I have found the Bose produces very clear, very true sound no matter if I am listening to Eric Clapton guitar solos or DC Talk or Sandy Patty. It's a great little box for normal people who don't have room for more and are happy to have something that works this good.
