Lifestyle Bose 38

The Bottom Line: For the money, it is the best system available (other than a custom design). I have been tremendously pleased and the Technical Assistance provided by Bose is outstanding.
We work from home and were listening to music through our NuTone intercom system. Although we could connect CD players and MP3 players to the NuTone system, it was only a monotone unit. After meeting with several vendors about the retrofit of a whole house stereo system, we elected to purchase the Lifestyle 38 system.
We are extremely pleased with the unit ! We had the main unit (with surround sound) installed in our family room. We had two additional rooms equipped with speakers and acquired the Roommate and AL8. We were also able to connect the Surround system in our Theater Room to the main unit, as well.
Now, we have Bose quality sound throughout the house! We hired someone to install the amps and the wall speakers in the rooms. But, the Roommate and the AL8 was very easy for me to install.
That brings us to Bose Tech Support~Well you get what you pay for! And, their technical support is OUTSTANDING They are patient and walk you through every step. It is similar to someone standing right beside you.
