NO ICE, NO SOLUTION!

Bought this beautiful unit, but noticed the first day that it was not making much ice. After one service call, and numerous calls to their "customer satisfaction" department, I have been told that 1. The icemaker is faulty. 2. No replacement icemakers are available, 3. I must wait until a replacement icemaker becomes available to get it fixed.

So far, I havew been waiting about eight weeks. By actual count, the icemaker makes only enough ice to fill one and one half glasses after a 12 hour period. However, "since the ice maker IS making ice, I must wait and they will not replace the refrigerator with one that makes ice", but they cannot assure me when that will be.

NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Meanwhile, I wait on hold (again) to talk to a supervisor who as of yet has not come on the line. This is after I have waited patiently for eight weeks, and waited on this call at least a total of 40 minutes, but still a message of have they value my business but no supervisor picks up!
