Do NOT buy this washer! Only last 2 1/2 years!

I bought this washer, and in two and a half years had to have it repaired FOUR times.  Finally the repairman said he could not fix it, and to call Bosch.  I had to make more than TEN telephone calls (each time waiting more than 15 minutes on hold and having the rep working in warranties tell me she was the ONLY employee working on warranties at all), and after they reviewed the paperwork, they denied the claim entirely.  I paid $800 for a washer that semi-worked for 2.5 years, didn't get clothes clean, smelled bad and did not spin the clothes well enough to get them dry.  I will NEVER buy a Bosch product again after their complete and total lack of customer service.
