Bosch really needs to rethink this washer.

When I bought this washer very little water went into the drum.  I had the service man out who just complained that the store I bought it from pushed the hose down into the drainage pipe too far!  He spent a lot of time working on it for that to be the problem.  I'm still not sure that enough water goes into the drum to adequately wash the clothes.

I was told by the salesman that you could cram the washer.  Not so!  If you do this, the water will not spin out and you'll have to respin, taking more of your time.  That's not mentioning that the clothes will not be clean.

I wanted a washer that would accept a comforter, and was told it would, but it won't even take 1/4 of it.  My daughter's washer will.  This washer actually will hold less than the very old washer that I had before.

My biggest complaint is that my clothes just don't get clean, meaning, have a fresh scent, no matter what product I use.  Isn't that why you wash your clothes?

Sometimes the timer gets down to finsh, and jumps back up, taking an hour and 50 minutes to complete a load.

Frequently I have to respin clothes to get the water out.

I wish there was some way to reset the finish alarm because it's too long and is such an irritant.
