Bosch B20CS80SNS

I like the unit for the most part. What doesn't thrill me is the ice maker. The water for the ice maker does not cycle through the filter. The water dispenser dispenses at room temperature. Heaven forbid you should need part # 607406. I have been informed that it is on back order and will be another 2 months with out the use of the ice dispenser, not including the previous month that it took to get that information. I would have chose differently had I known the customer support would be so unsupportive, the water would be dispensed at room temp, and the water for the ice would not go through the filter.
