Author's Review
If you like pointless trivia or learning about all the interesting stuff they never taught you in school (or anywhere else for that matter), stop reading this review and run out and buy this book now. Along with all the other Bathroom Readers at your local bookstore.
Although the title may earn you some strange looks (especially when you tell friends about it...you can tell they're thinking..."Yeah, Bathroom Reader, okay psycho"), these are some of the best books available. The Legendary Lost Bathroom reader is a collected reprinting of Bathroom Readers 5, 6, and 7, which were only printed once in a small run. They contain such great (and seemingly useless) info about nearly everything: Tut's curse, Dr. Seuss, the Bermuda Triangle, you name it, it's in here somewhere, with all sorts of stuff that's not in the history books. Actually, although a lot of the stuff presented in these books seems useless, you'll find yourself recalling it at the strangest times. I've actually impressed my history professor quite often with some random and interesting fact about someone, someplace, or sometime we're studying that I've acquired from this book.
Really, if you're looking for an entertaining, educational, lighthearted, and easy read, buy this book. It really is great.
