An irresistible Vampire love story

After the stirring up of a magical world in Harry Potter comes a world full of Vampires and Werewolves. I'd say writers today are doing a pretty good job of keeping the people away from reality. Thumbs up to Stephenie Meyer and everyone who is helping us lot fantasize about endless things. When i was fourteen, i considered myself a non-magical person and waited impatiently for my acceptance letter from The Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Too bad for them they deprived themselves of a fine witch! Now twenty and still single I'm wondering if i will have to leave this hot city in search of my Vampire boyfriend. Ooh;)
 
I was reluctant to read Twilight initially. My only fear was that i would find in it nothing but sordid descriptions of open skulls, guts and blood. But too much talk about this Vampire love story dragged me into purchasing a copy. In no more than three days i had read all the four books in the Twilight Saga. Oh well, i'm a fast reader. That too! But the Books were irresistibly amazing. I simply couldn't put it down!

Stephenie Meyer intentionally created a world of Vampires to illustrate a world where the characters practice abstinence. Edward refuses to bite Bella etc. So by creating this alluring fantasy she hopes to infuse moral lessons in young adults. Although the Twilight Saga's intended audience was young adults but this enticing fantasy is being read and adored by all ages.

I'm looking forward to the next book Midnight Sun.
