Pros: All the favorite homestyle classics done with exacting precision.
Cons: Nothing is low-fat, although you are welcome to make substitutions.
The Bottom Line: Even if you don't cook, you will love this book. It is the history of all our legendary homestyle foods, which, when done to perfection can be quite elegant.

Cons: None
