Date of Review:  Jun 7, 2001

Date of Review:  Nov 30, 2001
The Bottom Line: This book is perfect for any cook with any amount of experience, only patience is a must. When followed precisely, the recipes truly are "fool-proof."
Review: Unlike any other cookbook I have ever read, "The Perfect Recipe" is suitable for any cook, from beginners to experts.

This book is worth owning simply for the Perfect Roast Turkey recipe. If every cook who plans on making a thanksgiving...

Review: When you open this cookbook to the table of contents you might be turned off by the paucity of recipes listed. The book looks to be organized into six sections, about 35 recipes total. This would seem like a very small number, but this book deserves...
