This book reveals the findings of studies done by University of Georgia Professors on wealth. There is no more in depth scientific study that I know of.

Brings new light to misconceptions about who millionaires are, and how they live. Findings are sometimes shocking and always helpful.

Basically, the wealthy in America are frugal, not ostentatious. Those appearing to be rich usually have low net worth.
