Great Expectations

Great Expectations was a fairly interesting novel I had to read for high school. There are sections mildly appealing to everyone, but this book is not for anybody who isn't a fan of Jane Austin and other Dickens novels. It's a pretty long book that does NOT read quickly, but there are many creative descriptions that can be appreciated. The soap opera like quality of the plot can appeal to many, although I could barely stand it. If you like an old fashioned, Austin type soap opera where everything connects and ties together in the end, this is definitely an excellent choice for you.
