Love It!!!

I have read some great books in my life...but nothing like this. Tim Allen's "Don't Stand To Close to the Naked Man" is hysterical. He kind of gives his life story, but not like your basic autobiography. He starts the book with his real name, want to know it, read the book...but it isn't Tim Allen, there is something missing. He goes through adolecense all the way up to his recent life. Tim Allen tells the story of Tim Allen...the real person, the insides and the outs...good and bad. He describes manhood and life.

When you read "Don't Stand Too Close to the Naked Man", you get insights into life and to the TV and the celebrity world...and it is funny. Have you ever seen "Home Improvement"??? Well, it is kind of like the tv show, only in writing. I have never laughed so hard at something I have read, then when I read this book.

"Don't Stand Too Close to the Naked Man" is kind of like Paul Reiser's "Parenthood". Reiser also gets you thinking about things you wouldn't have thought of normally. They take everyday life and put a spin on it. These are two of the funniest real life stories I have ever read.
Tim Allen wrote another great book "I'm Not Really Here". I just started this book, and it too, is hysterical.

I recommend these books for great reading: "Don't Stand too Close to the Naked Man", and "I'm Not Really Here" by Tim Allen. And "ParentHood" by Paul Reiser. Excellant Reading.
