Anthony Bourdain - Bone in the Throat

Pros: A fairly decent first novel, some cliches, but still a page-tuner.

Cons: If you've read Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential, a lot of this is going to be familiar.

The Bottom Line: Great first novel, but the cliches are a bit too heavy in spots. Not for the squeamish.
