Bluemic is in trouble

Never, I repeat, NEVER buy anything from Bluemic. Here's the lowdown. The Snowball didn't work on Vista. Client's plead for help but were ignored for a long time. They then offered a firmware upgrade which seemed to fix the issues. Bluemic then released a Vista capable Snowball. Their next step was to remove the firmware upgrade, even though their OWN documentation you get with the product tells you to go to said website and download it if you need it. Here's the problem. The non-Vista capable Snowballs are still floating around in the market. Imagine how many were returned before the Vista version came out. You're now getting those.

Here's why I'll NEVER buy anything from Bluemic again. They won't answer their phone, they won't return phone calls, and they won't respond to e-mails. The Snowball is between $70 and $100. Would you really risk 100's of dollars on a more professional version when this company doesn't understand the basics of customer support? Here's why they are in trouble. Their investors and financials institutions are bound to find this out. The money will be pulled out of their venture and you'll be left with a product with no one to support it. Spend the extra bucks for another mic of similiar quality. Before ANY Bluemic fans post a positive review in response, pretend your product is broken. Shoot them an e-mail or leave them a voicemail. If you get a response stock up on winter clothes cause hell is freezing over.

The only Pro I could really think of I couldn't post above. It looks cool. Tell you what, I'll sell you a really cool looking thing I like to call the beer mic. No plugs, no power needed, great quality. Of course it will be an empty beer bottle but hey, why couldn't I get away with that? Blue mic is.
