Real Chicanos in East Los Angeles

Blood in blood out is a movies based on Gang Members living in East LA. This movie is about three cousins who were basically raised as brothers in the LA area. They form a bond. A bond most of us will never know. As time goes by, the 3 cousins choose different paths in life. One of them becomes a police officer, one becomes an artist, and the third one is constantly in and out of the prison system. The Cousin who becomes an artist was injured during a gang war and was not sure if he would be able to continue being a artist. The second cousin who became a police officer only did so after his little brother was killed and the third cousin always being in and out of prison becomes very power hungry.
I would not recommend this movie for children. This is a very violent movie about gangs.
