Don't buy it

Review: Poor heating characteristics.
Impossible to clean without disassembling (front handle must be unscrewed and taken off in order to satisfactorily clean the unit.)
Mine went in the garbage after its second use.

Not Bad, Not the Best

The Bottom Line: For this low price I reccomend this product. However, you may find it lacking some features and shapes found on more expensive models.

Fragile hinges

Review: This waffle iron produces nice waffles. However, the hinges are a hard plastic that break easily. Trying to find the replacement part(as low as .02) has proven to be difficult and the shipping charges are unfair. B&D should provide these parts free...

The Bottom Line: Easy to use, makes SUPER waffles. Clean up is a snap.

A Taste Belgian

The Bottom Line: Try it--you'll become an instant convert. You can have great Belgian waffles anytime you want with out a lot of trouble. Definitely a keeper.

Easy Clean Waffle Maker

The Bottom Line: The indicator light makes the perfect waffle making easy and cleaning is nearly effortless. It makes a great gift!
Review: This waffle maker is great in that it cooks in a few minutes and has a light indicator to let you know when the waffle is ready instead of you having to constantly open it to check. This helps in holding in the heat allowing the waffle to cook...
