The Bottom Line: While it's not a stinker by design B&D's appliances have declined seriously in quality. If it wasn't a gift it would have been exchanged.

Somewhat Lacking - Will Keep Looking

The Bottom Line: If the temperature problem is a defect and not a design flaw, this oven might be satisfactory. Try it if you like the look, but make sure it's returnable.

The Bottom Line: Be aware that Black and Decker sold their small appliance business to Applica in 1989 and B&D does not warranty the product.

Toaster/Timer knob breaks

Review: When the toaster knob broke on my 1st oven I called the warranty replacement company & they sent me a new oven 2 weeks after I filled out forms & sent $8 check for postage. Had 2nd oven 1 month & it broke. Save yourself a headache & buy the Krupps!
