Wonderful product!

I've been using the spotlifter for years, as a pet owner I purchased one the day they came out and haven't been without it since. After about 2 1/2 years of heavy use (between pets and kids, we use it daily) I have to replace it. It is lightweight, compact and stores easily (I keep mine in the bathroom where there is an outlet close by so it is always recharging when not in use).

It is extremely easy to use (my 4 year-old nephew can operate it). And to clean it you just rinse the storage container with water. After seeing mine in use, almost everyone I know has gotten their own (including my housekeeper!). I've also purchased several as gifts for friends and family.

I've read a few other reviews and seen complaints about the power, the battery life as well as the solution and storage tank being small--this machine is intended for small spills and spots, not for doing your carpets (if you are planning to clean stairs, a car or furniture, I'd recommend you go with something a little larger like Bissell's Little Green Machine). It is perfect for a knocked over drink or a pet's accident in the house. If you regularly clean large areas, this isn't the product for you. However, if you don't want to drag out the giant carpet cleaner everytime someone spills a drink, or you just want something to handle small messes, this machine is perfect!
