Pros: great suction for deep cleaning, heated water, great attachments.

I have owned this unit for around 4 years now and it cleans better then those carpet cleaner places that you pay an arm and a leg for. You really cant go wrong with this unit. O' and it 12amps, not 6 like it says in the details.
