Very impressive design and capabilities -- well worth it.

I am thrilled with this cleaner. I have off white carpeting throughout my 3200 ft. home and this product came through with flying colors. It didn't take long to understand all the indicators so you could quickly see the status of the supplies and of your progress. My recommendations on how to get the best results are: 1) Use warm water to start with. The machine will only increase heat by 25 degrees. 2) Watching the flow indicator is key to making sure you are applying solution. 3) Make sure the soap and water is actively moving back into the machine. You can see this through the clear return path. This will let you know if the machine is getting good suction as well as letting you know how much soap and water remains to be picked up.

I also used the attachments to clean the mats and upholstery in my minivan. However, I didn't use the turbo brush so I don't know how well that works. I was amazed at how dirty my carpet was and how awesome the interior looked when I was done.

As a busy mother of two young children. I love the ease of use and the great results from this product. I have lent it to friends and they have also raved on the results. A great product when you use it correct. Very good documentation as well -- which is why I probably have had great results from the beginning.
