Overall an okay lightweight cleaner

I bought this cleaner over 2 years ago, and it still works. I trust the Bissell name; I haven't had any problems yet.

This steamer is lightweight and easy to carry. It fits easily into the trunk of my very small car, so transporting it isn't a problem. If you are looking for a heavy duty steamer to get out hard to clean stains, then this isn't the steam cleaner for you. Personally, it works great for what my husband and I need it for. If I had children, I doubt this would be the right steam cleaner for me. I only use this as a way to clean light messes in my house. I've found that it isn't very good at getting out set-in stains, but it is fine for a cleaning every few weeks.

I like that the power button and handle button are easy to access with your foot. There is no odd bending and hassle required. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I would buy one again!

The canister on this doesn't hold much cleaning solution, so it can only clean a small room before having to refill. The dirty water tank is easy to unlatch and empty. It is also fairly easy to clean, but there are certain areas of it that are tricky to reach. The entire machine is easy to take apart for cleaning, and easy to reassemble.
