Pros: Kickboxing-like exercise routine. Motivational instructor. Whole line of TaeBO videos available.

Cons: High impact exercise with some risk of injury. Heart rate is not kept during routine.

The Bottom Line: Providing a full line-up to start exercising; it is one well marketed program. Other programs; Kathy Smith/Tamilee are better at cardio.
