The Bottom Line: Great value. Amplifier is ideal for the moves and adds interest to the workouts.
Review: I am a fan of Billy Blanks and always try his workouts. I was thrilled when I saw the Billy Blanks Tae Boe Amped box set. I think it's his best program. The bar is a lot easier to use than the stretchy bands in the Bootcamp series.

A fun, effective work out

The Bottom Line: I highly recommend Billy Blanks TaeBo Amped! You won't get bored and you will feel so good about yourself after you finish the workout.
Review: I have been doing Billy Blanks Tae Bo for about a year now. I will admit that his older tapes are much more advanced and is so advanced that I have to stop to take a breather.
