More like R&B's Craftiest Plagiarists of 1986

Pros: Timex Social Club, Nu Shooz (who definitely feel out of place), Oran Jones.
Cons: Most of the others, who simply steal from Prince, Jacko, and Marvin Gaye.
The Bottom Line: I don't remember 1986 being the golden age of musical expression, but it wasn't as dismal as this collection suggests. A few good numbers and a bunch of grisly imitations.
