This boxed set is an essential for all Ben Harper fans. It would also be a good gift to introduce his music to someone. The set consists of his first three CD's "Welcome to the Cruel World", "Fight For Your Mind", and "Will to Live". There is also a little booklet included, which provides a biography of Ben's life. I bought this set because Ben Harper is an amazing musician. After watching the spectacular show that he put on in San Diego, I knew that I had to have his music.
His music sounds like a reggae, rock, gospel mix. He could also be compared to the likes of Jimmy Hendrix, Bob Dylan and Bob Marley. Those are three of the greatest musicians ever, and someday Ben Harper's name will join that list.
