Brief fitness routines for spot toning

Pros: Useful for building strength and flexibility. Excellent production quality. Good conditioning tool for belly dancers.

Cons: Rania's detached on-screen personality.

The Bottom Line: This is my favorite of the five exercise videos by Rania that I've actually seen, with five 10-minute workouts designed for toning & sculpting. No cardio for weight loss, though.
