Beltronics Vector 985 Radar Detector

Difficult balance between sensitivity and "falsing". Great on highway but in the city, even on the reduced sensitivity "City All" mode, false alarm frequency is quite aggravating. Empirically, I am certain of radar in the area only when the warning level reaches 9. Also, I have mounted the unit high and to the left of the rear view mirror. Mount is solid but takes up more space than others I have used. Difficult to use sun visor in this configuration. All in all, I purchased two based upon recommendations. Probably would reconsider purchasing a third.
