If Only All Santa Claus's Were Like This...

=Plot=
Willie and Marcus have a scheme going that gets them money every end of the year and it's worked for them for the longest time. When the malls across the country start setting up Christmas displays and hiring Santas to entertain the children, Willie and Marcus make their move. Willie gets hired as Santa and since Marcus is so small he gets hired as one of Santa's elves. They come to work everyday and case the place so when the mall shuts down on Christmas Eve, Marcus stays behind and sets off the alarm so Willie can get back in and crack open the mall's safe. While Willie is cracking the safe, Marcus is walking around the mall gathering things for his oriental wife. One year a chubby boy sits in Willie's lap and Willie takes advantage of him by going to his house and taking what he can because the little boy's dad is in prison and he lives with his old senile grandmother. Willie then decides to live with the little boy and to keep telling him he is Santa Claus. When Willie meets Sue at a bar, they both go to his car to have sexual relations and Sue admits to him she always wanted to have sex with Santa Claus. They start going out and when the little boy starts to become a part of Willie's heart, he learns that robbing is wrong, especially on Christmas Eve. To top it all off, Willie and Marcus have to deal with a security guard who learns of their scheme and wants half of what they steal.

=Actors/Actresses=
Billy Bob Thornton plays Willie and as a Santa, he isn't too convincing, although he's very humorous. He is an alcoholic and struggles with the difference between right and wrong when the little boy gets inside his head and I think he does an amazing job in this movie. Tony Cox plays Marcus and in my opinion he was the funniest and best part in the movie. I love how he tries to keep Willie on track and deals with his name calling and teasing and still has the nerve to go home to his demanding wife. Bernie Mac is the security guard and he and Tony Cox go at it the whole movie when Bernie demands half of what they steal or he'll turn them in. I love Bernie Mac's attitude in the movie and also how he turns up at the most unwelcome times. Lauren Graham plays Sue and her Santa fetish isn't one I'll soon forget. She is bright and is the good side to Willie's evil one. I love her acting and the way she carries herself and how she falls in love with the little boy too. John Ritter is also in this movie (his last movie before his death) and he plays the part of the mall manager, Bob. He is funny as he tries to maintain peace and order only to be matched up with chaos time and time again. I love all the actors and actresses and I don't think they could have done a better job than what they did on this movie.

=My Opinion=
'Bad Santa' is not for little kids, I'll tell you that much. Filled with foul language and dirty humor throughout, this movie is one that will keep you rolling on the floor. Billy Bob Thornton is at his best in this film as Willie and you could tell he really had fun playing the part. Although he acts a little slow at times, he always comes back and tries to fix what he messed up and I like that about his character. Bernie Mac and Tony Cox are totally hilarious in this movie as they both speak their minds and say whatever they want to whoever they want. I love how the movie played to Tony Cox's size and I think the little elf suit he wore was adorable. Lauren Graham is just perfect as the sex crazed girlfriend and I think her and Billy Bob Thornton had chemistry on screen that made their relationship seem real. The movie's plot is also one that is funny and makes you think if stuff like that really happens in real life. The movie was great, the actors were magnificent, the plot was one that I could really get into and the characters were all interesting. A great movie to add to your collection.
