The music really helps make the movie great!

The music is key to setting the mood in a movie like this. If you don't own either of the soundtrack recordings GET THEM! If you have the first one get the new one BACK TO TITANIC. It has that cool version of My Heart Will Go On that has been remixes with dialogue from the film.
I really loved the movie and I watch it over and over. This CD is great to listen to while reading or doing paperwork or schoolwork. Such pretty melodies and some great music of the times as well.
In addition to the remix of My Heart Will Go On some other really good tracks on this CD include the music that Jack and Rose danced to in the Third Class party below decks and the haunting melody of the last song NEARER MY GOD TO THEE. If the movie moved you this song may well move you tears all by itself (it gets me every time)
The movie will be a classic and will live on just as the story of Titanic has. With the music you can take a piece of the story with you every day.
