Works wonderfully for my needs!
Pros:
Holds two children, has basket, has parent tray and folds flat.
Cons:
Only access to basket is though the sides.
The Bottom Line:
I would recommend this stroller to anyone who has similar needs to mine. It has withstood the test of 6 months and counting.

Author's Review
This stroller has been a lifesaver for me. I had my second child when my son was almost three. He still wanted/needed to ride in a stroller and I needed something for my newborn. This fit into our routine perfectly. Below are the reasons as to why this stroller worked for me.
1. It holds both children with RESTRAINTS!!
Not only did this offer a seated ride, but you can holster the child down so they can't just jump ship when they feel like it. And it uses a one-handed release so when the child does need to get down/out, it takes just seconds to undo. We take trips to the mall and walks to the park (4-6 blocks) and he acts very content. It is nice when he sits because we are then face to face and I can interact with him and not feel as if I am ignoring him. I like this aspect better because if is free entertainment for him.
It also secures the infant carrier with a strap. I have even used link-a-doos and toys on the strap to keep my daughter entertained. It really works well.
2. It has a LARGE basket.
I can fit my big diaperbag (Ultimate diaperbag from PBKids), my purse, and one or two shopping bags in this basket. The only drawback is that you can only access this basket from the sides. Many other parents who have this have mentioned that maybe BabyTrend could figure out a way that we could lift up the back seat to gain access to the basket, but as of 2008, no luck! It does offer snaps on either side so when everything is packed up in the basket nothing will fall out. This feature has been extremely handy for me.
3. It STEERS well.
Yes, it is a double stroller. It will be longer and more difficult to steer than a single stroller. Get over it. That is just the way it is, but for a double stroller it is quite easy to steer. What I enjoy most about the structure of the sit-n-stand is that it fits between the aisles in department stores. That is something that the side-by-side models just cannot do.
Not only does this stroller fit between the racks, but you don't have to be in perfect shape to get it to go. I am 5'4" tall and I don't have to put in all of my effort. I attempted to use a Duo-Glide that a friend had; oh my. It was longer and heavier, thus taking much more effort on my part to push. Yes it worked, but I like this model over any others that I have tried.
4. It FOLDS UP.
It actually folds up flatter than my single stroller and fits into the back of my Grand Prix with ease and room for a weeks worth of groceries (at least at my house!). Not only does it fold up with one hand, but it has a latch to keep it closed. Nice touch.
5. It GROWS with your children.
When I no longer need a travel system, I can use the front for the smaller child without the infant carrier. I believe that both seats are restricted to 40 lbs. and under. My older child is on the small side (weighs 30 lbs and is not quite three feet tall at three years old). This system works well with his size. I believe that the weight of the older child cannot exceed 80 lbs., but I cannot find my owners manual so please check before you base any decision on this information.
6. DURABLE
My son likes to hang on things. He ends up flipping things over and crushing them before I ever figure out how he did it. This stroller has taken many lickin's and keeps on tickin'. It even has the option of locking the front wheels for use on grass and more "off-roading" adventures. It even has a parent tray for no added cost (there is a similar stroller out there by another manufacturer that you have to purchase the parent tray if you want it.).
There is a model that BabyTrend makes with two seats and then it changes to the sit-n-stand. I didn't opt for that because my son was older and didn't need to be seated all of the time. That model would suit two really young children much better. So there are more options than just a double or the sit-n-stand. Make sure you take a good look at what you really aim to accpmplish with your stroller.
