This is by far the best concept in stroller engineering! I recommend this stroller to EVERYONE that is having a second baby, who's first is indecisive and independent. We purchased this stroller just before my daughter was born. My son and daughter are almost 3 years, exactly, apart. My son wanted to walk every where, but ten minutes into my trip he would want me to hold him. It was very frustrating.
We saw this Sit and Stand at Target, and figured it was worth a shot. I loved the fact that the older sibling can stand, forward facing, and still see the world, or sit, when he or she is tired. When they are behaving, and mom feels like it, it's good for them to walk alongside the stroller, holding on, and easy enough to hop back on and sit or stand when their legs get tired of walking.
The universal infant carrier attachment was the best. I had to call the manufacturer to ask about our infant carrier, because we were reusing the one from my son, and they were able to tell me which setting to put it at. The infant carrier was easy to click into it, and remove. I liked the extra security the strap provided.
For convenience, this stroller also has cup holders and a tray for baby in the front, and a parent cup holder. It is simple to fold up, and store. For such a large looking stroller, it fit in the trunk of my Saturn with no problem. Now that I have a minivan, the trunk looks empty.
The only thing I needed to improvise with for this stroller was the sunshade. I rarely used the one it came with, because both kids would fight over it. For big trips to the outlets or beach, I removed the one included and purchased a clamp on umbrella to attach to the side. It was large enough to shade both children equally, and small enough that I could still see over it to push them.
The undercarriage storage area is big enough for two diaper bags, and a couple of shopping bags, as long as you undo the snap that holds the bottom area onto the stroller.
I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!
