Great hype

I purchased this carrier after being assured it was the most comfortable carrier around. It was $80, a lot more then the others, but I believed it must be comfortable. I am 6'2" and I don't know if that is why it killed my back, but it did. I adjusted the straps just as the manual recommended and no relief. However my son seemed quite content in it. No discomfort for him forward or rear facing. The actual construction of the carrier is very good, it washed great and continues to look brand new. My husband found it just uncomfortable and hard to wear.
